Nancy has served in human resources for 20+ years with an emphasis on employee relations, leadership development, and cultural diversity. As a trusted advisor, she has mentored and coached team members at varied levels.

 

Nancy began her work as a facilitator in 2005 specializing in cultural diversity training for CARE USA.   Over the past twelve years she has delivered customized workshops in CARE USA offices in Atlanta, New York, San Francisco, and Washington DC, and in a variety of CARE’s global country offices and organizations in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Americas. 

 

In 2012, in addition to facilitating, Nancy began co-designing cultural diversity trainings and delivering training-of-trainers programs.

 

Nancy brings a keen gender sensitivity lens to her work and is admired for her ability to make complex theories understood through her clear, simple, and engaging stories.
